Your Use of the Services
The App collects information, on a voluntary basis, on how users are feeling (and areas of struggle) (collectively, “Mood Data”). Users may also submit user-generated text to augment their selections. Mood Data and user-generated content on the App and the Services are not monitored by anyone, including the Foundation or any health professional. The Services cannot and do not guarantee any type of specific health-related result, outcome or change. The Services shall not take the place of the professional medical advice you receive via your consultation with a physician, nurse, counselor or health professional of any kind.
The App can be used without registration. However, some App functionalities do require the user to register and create a user profile. In connection with the use of the App you may voluntarily provide certain personal details, such as name (or alias) (“User Details”) and an image or avatar depicting yourself (“Profile Image”).
You represent and warrant that (a) the User Details (except for an alias) you provide are truthful, (b) the Profile Image you provide depicts only yourself (or an avatar) and no others, and (c) you own the necessary rights to provide the User Details and Profile Image, as well as to grant the rights of use as set forth in the next paragraph, and (d) you are not infringing any privacy right by providing and using the User Details and Profile Image.
